NTU x Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Essay Competition 2025

Colin Chow and Jennifer Liu emerged as Champions at the NTU x Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Essay Competition 2025 with their submission titled “Boosting Female Labour Force Participation in Singapore.”

Their essay and presentation offered a comprehensive analysis of the structural, institutional, and behavioural factors influencing women’s participation in the workforce. Drawing on empirical evidence and international best practices, they proposed actionable strategies to enhance flexibility, childcare support, and workplace inclusivity in Singapore’s labour market.
